Inspection, and Engineer approval), 1 line drawing illustrating your system based on industry qualifications, and final 3
line drawing with: (Solar Panel Configurations, DC run from panels to Inverters/Disconnects with location, and connection
to AC for metering resulting in energy reduction and cost savings. All services are provided from qualified PE
Engineer, energy auditor with certificate for Energy Auditor with Associaiton of Energy Engineers approved CEU credited, licenced

Step 1 SOLEMETRIC SHADE
ANALYSIS QUALIFICATION We will either waive a site visit using satellite image to identify shading issues that are
SHADE FREE. Or, in the case of shading we will do a site visit to take 4 snapshots on each corner of your commercial
roof to determine if your location is qualified to recieve the NJ Clean Energy Program rebates to move forward with your project.
In order to qualify for the shade analysis at NO COST, your commercial location will be obligated to provide Today's Solar
Energy with 12 months of the last 12 Summary pages containing service address, account number, and the kWh for each month
with the yearly summary. It is usually 3 pages.

STEP 2 AC SIDE INSPECTION $1,250.00 per. building All projects
will require a connection to the AC system on with the DC produced energy from the sun that needs to be converted with inverters.
We require an AC inspection for feasibility and integrity of the current systems components used with the future Photovoltaic
Integration. All components of the AC side of the project inlcluding diconnects, transformers, and panels will be inventoried
via digital pictures for availibility for 3 line drawing in next step and preparation for rebate qualification and incentives
with NJ Clean Energy Program. We will do a walk through Energy Audit for loads that are contributing substantially towards
your monthly kWh for cross reference with your 12 months of computed kWh. The 12 months of kWh will be audited
for sizing of system options for 1 line drawing for your photovoltaic system. This portion of the feasibility study
requires a licenced commercial electrician who is also licenced for Public Works in the State of New Jersey for townships.

STEP 3 FINAL DESIGN WITH 3 LINE DRAWING WITH AC/DC/ROOF OUTLAY $2,200.00 per. building:
This is the second step in the line drawing design process called 3 line drawing which is a map/guideline to build
your PV system. Roof analysis(Warrantee Issues, Review Your Roof Plans, and Real Time Roof Inspection,
and Engineer approval) is performed, 3 line drawing illustrating your system based on industry qualifications, and final
3 line drawing with: (Solar Panel Configurations, DC run from panels to Inverters/Disconnects with location, and connection
to AC for metering resulting in energy reduction and cost savings. This step requires a three
tier line drawing including AC, DC, and Roof Outlay with module configurations. The AC and DC drawing include inverter
configuration designs and locations with the AC components in the production process as required for build design. THE
CLIENT WILL BE REIMBURSED 100% THE COST OF ALL SET UP CHARGES IF CLIENT MOVES FORWARD WITH THE PROPOSED DESIGN AND WILL BE
CREDITED TOWARDS THE COST OF SYSTEM. The industry standard and average cost is $8.00/kW and we are guaranteed to below
that cost in our proposal. This assures that you get the satisfaction and respect from the initial outlay that
is credited back after we are paid for installation. The project/client reserves the right to take our design for Do-It-Yourself
Install, can be used for client to GC the project themselves, or to work with another Integrator of their choices that is
why the FEES are charged prior to initiation of STEP 2. The client will recieve confirmation that the building qualifies
for shade tolerance guidelines from the New Jersey Clean Energy Program for Rebates, SRECS(reverse Metering), and Incentives
that are based on RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) for the REIP(Renewable Energy Incentive Program) that includes the AZIMUTH,
TRUE SOUTH OPTIMIZATION, TILT, and PV WATTS calculations for production required at 80% for your project to move forward in
its design. We will work with you to fit the system to the requirement, feasibility, and your needs.

COMPLETION OF NJ CLEAN ENERGY APPLICATION FOR INCENTIVE APPROVAL AND SITE INSPECTION/VISIT WITH COMPLETED
TECHNICAL WORKSHEET: 10% Initial Deposit required with contract When the client decides to
move forward with the designed project we will submit the paper work and required data to qualify and attain incentives.
The client will provide a deposit for intention as well as associated fees and administrative start up cost. Once the
project is approved from NJ Clean Energy and the local township building inspector a 2nd deposit will be calculated based
on cost of hardware, balance of system, wiring, BOS components various, and the total of the two deposit will be deducted
from the cost of the system proposed. In addition, the set up fees will be deducted upon completion of installation
in the form of credit towards balance due upon completion of install. The proposed rebate check in some cases
can be used to offset up front cost associated with the deposit once the contract is signed. All charges for the feasibility
studies, qualifications, system requirements of AC/DC/Roof located in steps 2 and steps 3 are non refundable if the project
is not installed or another provider is used. All provided data included in paid FEES is the property of paid customer.
All designs provided will not be guaranteed unless client signs required contract and provides negotiated deposits and information
for Integration. This will enable project manager Joseph R. Rullo to retain the proper experienced and licenced professionals
applicable to your installation. Today's Solar Energy and Joseph R. Rullo as well as all associated professionals are
not responsible for project rejection from all industry inspections with local, state, utility, and federal required site
visits/approvals. All modifications and requirements for solar install mandated by local, utility, and state inspectors
must be financed for approval to move forward.

All start up cost for feasibility study will be credited upon completion and payment of proposed
project. We will qualify your commercial location for REIP(renewable energy incentive program) which includes rebates
at $1.00/watt max 50kW and SRECS based on energy production as well as a GRANT of 30% based on your Federal Taxes Paid.
